Should there be something that’s out of stock; we will take a maximum period of 1 week time to produce the missing ones for you. A: We do not provide a print catalog. Our online product list is the only catalog though some of the products are not listed.

Due to all the dresses on MyEluxury.com are all custom-made according to the customers measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.


If you have any problems with your order please Contact Our Staff who will give you reasonable suggestions.

Cause the dresses on MyEluxury.com you ordered are all tailored according to your measurement. We can not arrange return and refund to the customers, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can return the dress for refund.If you have such problems, please feel free to Contact with us.
